I See a Seashell by the Nightstand

   These two matching nightstands began as simple white pieces before being completely refinished and transformed. I painted them in a soft sea‑foam blue and then gently sanded the surfaces to let the original white show through, giving them a weathered, coastal character. Each drawer front features hand‑painted seashells, while the tops carry individual accents—a sand dollar on one and a starfish on the other. The nightstands were finished with a satin varnish, adding durability while keeping the look warm and natural.
